Shipping Methods

Greece

Shipments are made free of charge (for purchases over 50 euros and at cost 3,50 euros for the rest) throughout Greece in collaboration with the courier “general postal”, at the address you have indicated.

For cash on delivery, the surcharge on the basic charge is 2,50€ for all purchases.

Orders placed by the afternoon are placed on the same day and shipped immediately on a business day to most parts of the country. Inaccessible places may require extra delivery time so in any case we will contact you first.

Cyprus

Shipping by “geniki taxidromiki”, 2-5 working days.
Free for purchases over 150 €, for smaller purchases charge 15 €.

European Union

Shipments are made with the general postal service, 3-6 working days.
Free for purchases over € 200, for smaller purchases surcharge € 15.

The rest of the world 

Shipments are made with the general postal service, 3-10 working days.

Free for purchases over € 250, for smaller purchases surcharge € 25

Cash on delivery outside Greece is NOT supported.

Payments

1) By deposit in the bank account of the company

You can deposit money directly in our bank account, the reason for deposit must include your receipt and your name as well as the number of the respective order. We will then be informed about the deposit of the amount and we will send the product accordingly.

2) Cash on delivery

You can pay in cash at the time of receiving your parcel to the courier.

3) Payment by credit / debit card via ALPHABANK:

Payment by credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard,) which is completely secure as it is made through the secure online system of ALPHABANK.. You can enter and complete the process in the bank environment for absolute security provided by the bank itself protected with SSL security certifications.
